About the Role
We are excited to partner with our client, a next-generation AI firm offering a wide range of solutions for the global life sciences industry, in their search for Enterprise Account Executives based on the US West Coast. Backed by significant investments from their partners, our client has ambitious growth objectives. The Sales Team has been the driving force behind the company's remarkable growth, effectively doubling in size each year.
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic relationship-builder with an exceptional reputation and a proven track record of selling complex solutions to the life sciences industry. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and IT to transform their commercial model through AI and ML software implementation.
What You’ll Own and Accomplish
Develop and Nurture Prospects: Focus on transforming healthcare globally by developing and nurturing your own set of prospects and customers.
Guide Customers in AI Adoption: Help life sciences customers leverage AI to enhance commercial performance.
Collaborate with Team and Technology Partners: Work closely with team members and technology partners to inform customers about the best practices for using software and services to enhance their go-to-market strategies.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Experience: Proven history of selling large contracts to life science companies.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with introducing customers to analytics, CRM, or other complex products.
Sales Process Navigation: Expertise in managing large, complex sales processes.
Performance History: Consistent top performance and achievement.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and persuade effectively.
Industry Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in the life sciences environment, selling to sales, marketing, analytics, and/or IT departments.
