Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop our strategic market access function, which includes HTA, market access, and portfolio consulting functions, fostering a high-performing team of 20 consultants.
• Utilize your critical thinking and strategic planning skills to define and communicate the value proposition of our market access services both internally and externally.
• Take charge of the strategic market access P&L, ensuring revenue, sales, and costs are optimally managed while maintaining the quality and strategic relevance of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify synergies and opportunities for market access strategies that add value to our business.
• Engage in account management and planning, assuming responsibility for key accounts and utilizing your network to bring in new clients.
• Work closely with our CCSO and CGO to identify areas for growth and development, including potential partnerships, new service lines, and expansion into new geographies.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of a robust target operating model, continuously striving for improvements in project and program management.
Qualifications:
• At least a first-degree level education in life sciences.
• Demonstrated depth and breadth of knowledge in the strategic market access sector, with experience in large biopharma and/or small biopharma/biotech.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
• A quality-focused approach to your work.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting or industry setting.
• Experience in developing and commercializing new service lines or expanding into new geographies is desirable.
• Familiarity with the US local and/or US global market access space is a plus.
