I am a mum who works full-time in recruitment (not easy I know!) I have worked in recruitment for the past 4 ½ years starting in Private Healthcare Recruitment across Northern Ireland. After having my daughter, I wanted a new role that would challenge and excite me, along came Cranmore Executive Search 👉

At Cranmore Executive Search I work as a Talent Manager specialising in retained global search and selection across the life science consulting and emerging biotech industry, providing experienced and sought-after candidates to our international clients.

I love difficult and challenging searches; global searches get an extra bonus point in my books. I love meeting and speaking with people from across the world (let’s be honest most meetings are Teams 💻)
