About the Role

Our client, an award-winning and rapidly growing SaaS company, specializes in providing market and sales intelligence to the life science and pharmaceutical industries. This unique and dynamic workplace has doubled in size over the past year and with continued growth planned, resulting in many new roles and opportunities for current employees.

As part of their expansion, our client has retained Cranmore Executive Search to identify a Head of Product. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy in line with the company's overall goals.

Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback and market demand.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs and feedback are integrated into product development.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Foster strong collaboration with other departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
• Work with the sales team to provide product knowledge and materials that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (10+ years) in product management.
• Strong understanding of the scientific or healthcare market.
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
