As the Market Access Country Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to the development and implementation strategy for the company's products in Spain. Your role will involve material development, building strong relationships with payers, and ensuring a successful product launch. You will be accountable for managing market access activities and providing health economic and outcome data to support the company's portfolio in Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market access tactics and dossier submissions for the company's portfolio in collaboration with regional and global access units.

• Contribute to the development of business cases which includes building value-based agreements and pricing tools that are based on market trends to assist with budget processes and negotiations with reimbursement agencies

• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, HEOR teams to build long-term relationships with stakeholders to effectively drive future Market Access activities

• Continuously expand the shared knowledge of pharmacoeconomic, reimbursement law, healthcare policies & priorities by participating and collecting insights from conferences, events and training sessions on a regular basis

 • Lead the development of national, regional and local value communication strategy for marketed products

• Support the Implementation of the Market Access process to ensure appropriate market access for the new product pipeline • Responsible for leading all activities with the HTA bodies

• Coordinate and implement the market access elements of the global brand plans

• Commission high quality national health economic research to generate, analyze and interpret outcomes data in support of brand commercial goals

• Ensure that the health economic activities and tools demonstrate value from a payer perspective to support pricing, reimbursement and market/formulary access and utilization goals

• Monitor and understand trends in the local healthcare landscape by mapping key stakeholders in Spain and their network

• Be a contributing member of the country leadership team, including updating progress of key strategies and initiatives with Global Value and Access leaders

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in economics, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in market access, health economics, pricing, or analytics, preferably with an international pharmaceutical company, specialized consulting company, or healthcare institution.

• Demonstrated understanding of price and reimbursement landscape, processes, and requirements in Spain.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).

• Strong project planning skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and going the extra mile when necessary.

• Passionate about working in healthcare, scientifically inquisitive, and self-motivated to continuously refine skills.

• Ability to translate complex clinical and economic data into compelling value communication for stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, while also being able to see the bigger picture.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship development, particularly with payers across all levels.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, both internally and externally, with multitasking and time management skills.

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to participate and lead cross-functional teams, negotiate and manage through influence without direct line management authority.

• Effective presentation skills to clearly and efficiently communicate key findings to the team and stakeholders.

• Understanding of legal and regulatory issues impacting health economics, labeling, and promotional claims.
