Requirements
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new, profitable business and managing each recruitment assignment from initial brief, through the search process and delivering a successful outcome within the agreed timeline
Work closely with the client, you will take charge of conducting detailed research and define the sourcing parameters for contacting potential candidates.
Through the search process, conduct detailed interviews with senior level professionals, evaluate their technical competence and personality/cultural fit with the client organisation.
Seek to develop exceptional working relationships with both candidates and clients and ensure the company's good reputation in the market is sustained.
Proactively identify development areas and undertake appropriate action for personal and professional development
Requirements:
Experience recruiting in an agency environment would be desirable.
Excellent research skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have ability to deliver across a range of job functions and the credibility to develop positive working relationships with candidates and clients
Resilient with a positive attitude displaying a desire to succeed and ability to work as part of a team
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and ethics in working practices
Desire to be part of a dynamic and growing company
Educated to degree level or equivalent
