This strategy rapidly developing consulting firm provides strategic guidance on the most critical business issues to leaders in life sciences organizations. Supporting clients in the therapeutics, diagnostics, and medical device industries, they partner with clients to address needs across the pharmaceutical development and commercial lifecycle.

As the new Principal, you will be in good company. The current Partners boast backgrounds including BCG, Syneos Health, Oliver Wyman, and L.E.K. and the entrepreneurial nature of the firm affords a unique opportunity for staff members to shape the future course of the company and presents opportunities for professional progression.

The Purpose

  • Manage project teams in the delivery of cross-functional projects across multiple areas of expertise, including product commercialization and launch, portfolio and Product strategy, and organizational strategy and excellence

  • Support project leadership in the development of project objectives; develop and manage project plans

  • Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategies

  • Regularly engage senior-level clients

  • Recruit, develop and manage top talent

  • Identify business opportunities and support new business acquisition
